The Department frequently distributes guidance and instructions on policy issues to regional centers (RC). All directives, program guidelines, guidance documents, and correspondence are shared here.

Directives are instructions RCs must follow.
Program Guidelines are rules RCs must follow for specific programs.
Guidance documents share details on items RCs are encouraged to do or approaches to consider, but are not mandated.
Correspondence documents are how the Department shares helpful information with the RCs.
